She was so sweet, I had a emergency happen with my husbands gift and she gave me the option to help, thankfully it all worked out but I am SO THANKFUL that she called and talked to me, and offered her services. 100/10 thankful for companies like this!

My expectations were met and then some! First of all, I asked for a further customization and she tackled it! They ended up soo beautiful! And I am so shocked because they’re “turnaround time” was 2 months and I received them about a month after ordering them. I am so so so glad I spend the money to get my wedding shoes customized. 100/10 so happy!

I bought these for my sister as a wedding present!! The shipping & communication was amazing! We got the shoes in PERFECT time! 2days before the final dress try on :) I WOULD RECOMMEND DOWN SIZING 1/2 A SIZE. I have heard with these types of heels that you should down size and I am so glad I did! They are perfect!!
