RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Window We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all original packaging and tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

Exchange-Only Policy We offer exchanges for store credit or replacement items only.

Custom & Personalized Orders All custom-made and personalized leather items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. This includes any items made to your specifications, with custom sizing, personalization, or special requests. Please review your order carefully before placing.

How to Initiate an Exchange Contact us at rockindiamondsmdw@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange. We'll provide exchange authorization and instructions within 1-2 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Exchange Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email within 2-3 business days. Approved exchanges will be processed as store credit or a replacement item will be shipped. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
